 When I shop I do not check where items come from, that has never really crossed my mind or important enough to think about. I would not be willing to pay more for an American made product, because I don't find where it is made an important factor to my grocery shopping. Today we did a newsela, we had to write a prompt and answer questions. Today's lesson was good. Today has been a great day.

August 16th prompt

3 goals I want to achieve this year are getting all A’s, receiving my welding certificate, and have a winning season for lacrosse. Receiving all A’s is a goal of mine because I only have 4 classes here at lakeside, so it should be easy to manage classes and achieve the goal. I am in a welding course for dual enrollment, so all I have to do is stay consistent with the class and pass to receive to certificate. Finally, having a winning season for lacrosse isn’t far out of reach because we have a good team, so I will work hard to help the team and I achieve this goal.
